Due to continued growth, Radiometer in Stargard, Poland is looking for to hire Value Stream Leader. You will be a part of the Production Operations team and will be responsible for leading and planning production on RSTA (Podmiejska) site. You will oversee production lines, related to our core products.
You will be in daily contact with external suppliers, but your main responsibility will be to look after a Team of around 40 employees – Production workers.
In addition, you will be responsible for:
- Management of the subordinate area and organization of resources in order to achieve the objectives.
- Assure staff to provide products by participation in recruiting process and right planning of training employees, Settlement of work schedules of the subordinate team. Updates in systems delivered by organization.
- Being part in managing and inventory levels control of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products.
- Monitoring the timing and quality of supply of materials in cooperation with production planner.
- Assure high product’s quality, following all company procedures, product’s traceability maintaining
- Ensure that OHS/ EHS and QMS guidelines are followed.
- Assure safe and clean work environment for subordinates. Supervision of the timely delivery of training by direct subordinates.
- Maintaining compliance with established company policies.
- Promoting Lean Manufacturing Process and the ongoing use of tools to improve the area.
- Participation in transfers, implementation of production processes.
- Member of teams preparing production documentation for new / modified processes, technologies, risk analysis.
- Taking care of the entrusted property plant.
- Cooperation with all departments in organization, actively participating in problem solving
Key requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Production Engineering
- Minimum 1 year in production management and planning or equal position, preferably in the Medical Device industry
- Good knowledge on applicable methods and principles within GMP, ISO standards, lean management, ability to manage budget and training.
- Leadership skills, open to change and taking balanced risk, Management of production processes and scheduling, on time realisation of production orders, strong knowledge in quality management systems applicable to medical device industry, ability to apply standards regulations into practice, strong communicational skills, assertiveness, systematic, analytical person that is able to build relationships, resistant to stress.
- Good communication skills in both: Polish and English
- Driving license is a plus
